Role & Responsibilities
- Drive luxury beauty sales on the Selfridges counter to achieve or exceed targets through consultative selling and traffic-stopping activity.
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client experience including product demonstrations, makeup application and tailored skincare consultations.
- Proactively build and nurture client relationships and grow the customer database using ipos, scheduling follow-ups, appointments and client events.
- Cross‑sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
- Ensure merchandise presentation and stock levels align with corporate guidelines; report inventory issues promptly.
- Accurately record all sales and client data in the POS/CRM system and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative retail sales role is required; experience in beauty or fragrance sales is advantageous.
- Proven selling skills with a demonstrable sales track record in a premium retail environment.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation consistent with Dior’s luxury standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create emotional product narratives.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale and CRM tools (experience with ipos preferred).

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales environment is required. Practical experience in beauty and fragrance retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Secondary education (GCSE/A‑levels or equivalent). Professional qualifications or accredited training in beauty, cosmetics or makeup artistry are desirable but not mandatory.
