Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests with refined, attentive service reflecting Christian Dior's standards
- Execute service of food and beverages according to established restaurant protocols and plating standards
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, equipment, beverages, and food preparation techniques across all dining venues
- Ensure accuracy between kitchen output and customer orders while upholding quality standards
- Clear and reset tables systematically within assigned section
- Present bills and process payments in compliance with restaurant procedures
- Conduct thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks following established hygiene protocols
- Participate in inventory management and textile (linens) organization, including requisitioning and stock rotation
- Promote available services and products across the restaurant and 30 Montaigne venue
- Ensure HACCP food safety standards are understood and consistently implemented
- Facilitate internal communication and relay relevant operational information to management
- Report anomalies or safety risks affecting guests or colleagues to hierarchy immediately
- Deliver exceptional guest satisfaction across all dining spaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional dining service experience
- Fluent English with strong cross-cultural communication skills
