Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver attentive, polished service of food and beverages across the Restaurant Monsieur Dior, the Café and the Pâtisserie at 30 Avenue Montaigne.
  • Assist the chef de rang during covers, including mise en place, order taking, plating support and timely clearing.
  • Prepare hot beverages, freshly squeezed juices and back‑office items such as viennoiserie baskets, breads and toasts.
  • Maintain direct liaison with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and storeroom to guarantee smooth service flow and product availability.
  • Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of service equipment and dining areas throughout and after service.
  • Apply and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards; report any safety or security irregularities to management.
  • Promote the Maison’s services and products to clients, acting as an ambassador of the brand experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' professional experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong interpersonal skills for an international clientele.
  • Proven attention to detail, impeccable personal presentation and punctuality.
  • Good organisational skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to HACCP and food‑safety regulations.
