Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, polished service of food and beverages across the Restaurant Monsieur Dior, the Café and the Pâtisserie at 30 Avenue Montaigne.
- Assist the chef de rang during covers, including mise en place, order taking, plating support and timely clearing.
- Prepare hot beverages, freshly squeezed juices and back‑office items such as viennoiserie baskets, breads and toasts.
- Maintain direct liaison with kitchen, stewarding, cellar and storeroom to guarantee smooth service flow and product availability.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of service equipment and dining areas throughout and after service.
- Apply and uphold HACCP and hygiene standards; report any safety or security irregularities to management.
- Promote the Maison’s services and products to clients, acting as an ambassador of the brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' professional experience in a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment.
- Excellent customer‑service orientation with strong interpersonal skills for an international clientele.
- Proven attention to detail, impeccable personal presentation and punctuality.
- Good organisational skills and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of and adherence to HACCP and food‑safety regulations.
