Role & Responsibilities

  • Define functional specifications and write the requirements (cahier des charges) for a document management (GED) search engine; specify features, data scope and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify, scope and clean the dataset to be indexed for the GED search engine and coordinate data preparation activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Beauty Tech and other technical teams to design and validate the search solution and integration constraints.
  • Conduct interviews and run workshops with Packaging Development stakeholders to inventory current AI uses, elicit needs and capture concrete business use cases.
  • Design, prioritise and schedule an AI roadmap for Packaging Development; prepare and present the proposed Roadmap IA Dev Pack to the Dev Pack Committee.
  • Perform a benchmarking study of AI-assisted CAD/CAO tools: map existing solutions, identify relevant vendors and recommend high-value use cases.
  • Draft a requirements dossier for a potential RFP based on the CAD/AI benchmark and internal use cases.
  • Support design workshops for digital tool upgrades, lead working groups to define new internal processes, and contribute to change management and data-acculturation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an engineering or equivalent Master’s-level programme (Bac+4/5) and seeking a 4–6 month internship.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigorous approach to project documentation and capacity to produce a detailed cahier des charges.
  • Good interpersonal skills with experience or aptitude for stakeholder interviews and cross-functional workshop facilitation.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to manage priorities within multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Interest or prior exposure to AI, data projects or digitalisation in product development; sensitivity to product and beauty industry contexts is an asset.
