Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day user support for Bee Dior, the internal platform used by markets to access campaign assets.
- Assist the project lead on digital tool simplification, digitalisation and deployment projects across merchandising and media.
- Contribute to business requirements gathering and draft clear expressions of need/specifications.
- Participate in testing phases, including user acceptance testing and issue tracking.
- Support change management activities: prepare training materials, user documentation and deliver onboarding/support.
- Monitor and report on performance indicators (KPI) related to tool adoption and campaign asset usage.
- Contribute proposals for continuous improvement and innovation of departmental digital tools.
- Support management of other departmental systems (DAM, creative tools) and liaise with cross‑functional teams (graphic, video, marketing).
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bac+4/5 programme (engineering or business/management school) and available for a two‑year alternance.
- Strong analytical mindset, rigorous attention to detail and curiosity for digital tools.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability and a solution‑oriented approach.
- Ideally a prior internship or first experience in project management or digital tools.
