Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Digital Specialist in Warsaw to lead e‑commerce, e‑retail and CRM for luxury beauty markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive e‑retail and e‑commerce strategies aligned with the brand’s premium positioning to drive growth and market share.
- Lead the development, optimization and day‑to‑day management of owned e‑commerce platforms and digital tools to ensure a seamless, premium customer journey.
- Expand and nurture e‑retail partner channels, implementing annual plans to secure high‑quality visibility, premium brand representation and consistent customer experience across partner media.
- Direct digital communications and social initiatives, producing online media assets (rich media, retail media, newsletters) for owned and partner channels.
- Analyze performance data, monitor market trends and competitor activity to extract actionable insights; prepare executive reports and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, commercial, CRM, IT, PR) and external partners to execute digital projects and ensure cohesive brand development.
- Manage and optimise the digital budget to maximise ROI across e‑commerce and e‑retail initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as required to support market priorities and ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- University degree; preferably in marketing, business, digital communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally within cosmetics, beauty or premium goods with demonstrable digital/e‑commerce exposure.
- Proven platform management experience: end‑to‑end content creation, product listings optimisation and publishing.
- Fluency in Romanian and advanced English (written and spoken) required; basic or conversational Polish is an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, notably Excel (complex functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data matching) and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with online marketing best practices including SEO/keyword research, Google Analytics and paid media channels.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities; collaborative mindset with commercial orientation.
