Parfums Christian Dior internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: Digital Retail Education Project Assistant supporting MyDior learning platform and international training coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and operational support to international markets for MyDior platform functionality and beauty advisor training content delivery
  • Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with LVMH Beauty Tech for bug resolution and back-office management
  • Organize and present bi-annual regional market calls to ensure coordinated deployment and best practices sharing
  • Conduct training sessions across markets on MyDior platform, back-office management, Power BI analytics, and SkillsUp learning tools
  • Maintain database accuracy and optimize training KPIs through continuous data analysis and quality assurance
  • Monitor and analyze training performance metrics across markets using Power BI dashboards
  • Create and integrate editorial content (articles, communications, community engagement) into MyDior platform
  • Develop and update retail training modules for client development and manager skill-building on digital learning platforms
  • Support central team onboarding on MyDior, Power BI, and digital tools
  • Assist product line teams (fragrance, makeup, skincare, fashion accessories, client development) with content creation and optimization

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university degree program
  • Bachelor's degree (BAC +4 or equivalent) or expected completion within 12 months
  • Prior internship or professional experience in digital project management and/or learning and development
  • Fluent French and English (C1-C2 level minimum)
  • Strong behavioral competencies: creativity and innovation, stakeholder management, emotional intelligence, learning agility, attention to detail, and problem-solving
