Christian Dior Couture seeks a Digital Project Manager Assistant for a Paris-based internship to support e-commerce and omnichannel projects.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support global e-commerce projects including gift services, packaging and unboxing experiences, clienteling activations, and product personalization to enhance the post-purchase customer experience on Dior.com
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking of digital and omnichannel solutions, leveraging social media insights to stay informed of industry trends
  • Coordinate between studio, clienteling, supply chain, local market, and vendor teams for activations and strategic alignment from concept development and creative briefs through project execution
  • Establish weekly NPS analysis reports and data dashboards via Power BI for launched projects, identifying improvements for service features and continuous iteration
  • Support leadership with ongoing digital transformation projects and execution tasks in close collaboration with cross-functional team members

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, fashion, or related field
  • Customer-focused orientation with retail sales experience preferred
  • Consulting background appreciated
  • Previous experience in fashion or luxury sectors valued
  • Understanding of digital needs and processes
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency, with French as an additional asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Creative skills in Photoshop and Figma preferred
