Christian Dior Couture, Paris – Digital Project Coordinator Apprentice role supporting e-commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support key departmental projects in digital operations, payment processing, fraud management, and business development
- Coordinate between primary project stakeholders to achieve deliverables and project timelines
- Establish and maintain regular reporting on payment and fraud KPIs across multiple regions
- Liaise between internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and communication
- Conduct research and analytical studies to support project deployment and strategic initiatives
- Assist project leadership on related and complementary projects
- Support team members in daily operational organization and process optimization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Commerce school, ideally with digital specialization
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated data literacy
- Knowledge of digital processes and e-commerce strategies, preferably within luxury retail
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and advanced Excel capabilities
- Fluent English proficiency
- Fluent French proficiency
