Christian Dior Couture seeks a Digital Merchandising Assistant intern in Paris for 6-month hybrid internship starting January 2027, supporting luxury e-commerce operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor weekly and monthly business performance across product categories and collections
- Analyze key Digital Merchandising performance indicators including product listing visits, engagement rate, add-to-cart rate, conversion rate, stock availability, return rate, and average order value
- Support the preparation of business reviews, reporting decks, and ad hoc analyses
- Identify business opportunities and performance drivers to support commercial decision-making at regional and local levels
- Support product launches, seasonal activations, and commercial animations through implementation of Digital Visual Merchandising strategies across Dior.com websites
- Contribute to product assortment definition, optimization, and online catalogue maintenance
- Monitor product visibility, stock levels, and catalogue quality
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams on assortment and stock-related topics
- Support product selection for Digital Marketing campaigns, newsletter content, and social media initiatives
- Prepare product recommendations based on commercial priorities, category performance, and content availability
- Monitor the performance of key activations and provide post-action analysis
- Conduct competitive and market benchmarking within the luxury e-commerce industry
- Monitor digital trends, customer experience innovations, and merchandising best practices
- Share insights and recommendations with the Europe E-Merchandising team
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Digital, or related field
- Strong interest in luxury fashion, e-business, and digital merchandising
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
