Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with local merchandising team and HQ eMerchandising team to ensure appropriate product assortment on-site according to product launch calendar, platform needs, and regional requirements
  • Monitor and update product promotions daily based on inventory levels, marketing calendar, key launches, and Merchandising Guidelines
  • Manage product display and site merchandising; ensure website navigation accuracy, efficiency, and proper functionality of product listing pages (PLPs), product detail pages (PDPs), and filters
  • Monitor and report site bugs related to product and content display in real-time to the Digital Merchandising Manager
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure accurate product information and copy; propose navigational and filtering improvements based on business needs
  • Closely monitor product sales trends and produce weekly and monthly reports to analyze sales performance and propose appropriate initiatives to achieve sales goals
  • Utilize Power BI funnel and page reports to identify sales opportunities and drive action plans based on site journey performance evaluation
  • Maintain focus on brand dynamism and efficiency in understanding and developing both the brand and business performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in eCommerce-related activities
  • Background in fashion merchant or analyst roles preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting the Greater China digital ecosystem (official website and WeChat Mini-Programs)
  • Strong proactive communication skills and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven ability to function effectively in fast-paced environments and collaborate across matrixed team structures
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with independent follow-through
