Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy digital media strategies and guidelines (Display, Social, Search) across all regional markets including Asia, Americas, China, Europe, Middle East, and Japan, in close collaboration with Social Media and Performance Marketing teams
  • Monitor rigorous application of guidelines by local teams and serve as their primary reference point for strategic questions and needs
  • Oversee creation of briefs and validation of Display and CTV media plans in collaboration with the International Media Coordinator
  • Maintain close collaboration with Social Media, Performance Marketing, CRM, Data, E-commerce, PR, LVMH, and local market teams
  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with digital media partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and influential media outlets (Vogue, Condé Nast, etc.)
  • Conduct continuous monitoring of digital opportunities and innovations to maintain market leadership positioning
  • Identify and pilot test-and-learn opportunities with media partners; manage advancement and success of innovation and AI projects with Data, Digital, and LVMH teams
  • Collaborate with CRM, Data, and Legal teams on customer data activation projects, and with E-commerce teams on omnichannel initiatives
  • Pilot strategic measurement projects including Media Dashboard, MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), data governance, and taxonomy
  • Manage global campaign performance reporting and contribute to continuous improvement of measurement projects with Data and Performance teams
  • Mentor and support the Digital Media Project Manager in daily responsibilities and professional development

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (Bac +5) in Digital Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4–5 years of significant experience in digital media, ideally in an international environment or at a media agency or advertiser
  • Expert knowledge of digital media and associated KPIs
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and advertising campaign management platforms (Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads Manager, Wizaly, DV360)
  • Proven experience in project management or as a Product Owner with demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrated leadership and influence over internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse teams including Data, Performance Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, CRM, and Legal
  • Strong analytical orientation and data-driven mindset for performance optimization
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Creative and curious approach to exploring new opportunities and innovative solutions
  • Fluent French and English (written and oral)
