Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Travel Retail APAC Regional Marketing team to scale e‑Travel Retail growth across e‑retail, e‑trade and social channels.
- Adapt digital assets (banners, visuals, social content) to retailer and regional format requirements and assist in in‑house banner adaptation.
- Translate and copy‑edit marketing content from English to Chinese, ensuring fidelity to Dior’s brand tone of voice.
- Prepare and update online product assortments, product information and pack shots for travel retailers.
- Monitor Dior’s and competitors’ presence on travel retailers’ websites and report on campaign performance.
- Analyse digital trends, report best practices in SEM, paid media, social and omnichannel, and use BI reporting and consumer profiling to inform optimisation.
- Ensure proper execution and publishing of content/assets by retail partners and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Available to commit to a minimum six‑month internship (July 2026–December 2026).
- Current university student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline.
- Excellent fluency in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred for translation and regional coordination.
- Proven competence in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with e‑commerce operations and online assortment preparation is an advantage.
- Understanding of best practices across social platforms including WeChat, Instagram and Facebook.
- Creative mindset with strong luxury/business acumen, meticulous attention to detail and good project management skills.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, team‑oriented and able to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced environment.

Beginner level: university student or recent graduate. Prior exposure to e‑commerce or digital marketing projects is advantageous but not mandatory.
