LVMH Beauty Iberia seeks a Digital Marketing Intern in Madrid to support e-commerce and digital campaigns across luxury beauty brands. Portuguese and English required; internship begins 1 July.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the digital team in daily e-retail and e-commerce tasks and initiatives
  • Assist in launching and optimizing e-corners for the brand, ensuring adherence to image guidelines and product file quality
  • Collaborate on e-trade planning across social media channels and retailer websites
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports covering sales performance, campaign metrics, customer behavior, competitive benchmarking, and key performance indicators
  • Participate in brand campaign launches aligned with the brand calendar and seasonal activations
  • Manage ad-hoc projects and campaigns across social media, affiliate marketing, email, display, and other digital channels
  • Support the CRM team in campaign management including direct mailers, tracking, and reporting, as well as loyalty program administration and stock control
  • Monitor and analyze competitor websites and market benchmarks to identify optimization opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising, or related discipline
  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing highly valued
  • Portuguese language proficiency required; English fluency at C1 level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or CRM platforms preferred
  • Previous professional experience in e-retail or digital marketing positions advantageous
  • Ability to sign internship agreement with university for a minimum of six months full-time
