Role & Responsibilities
- Support the digital team in daily e‑retail and e‑commerce operations across retailer websites and brand platforms.
- Assist in opening e‑corners: evaluate web environments, prepare product files and ensure image and content conformity with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to e‑trade plans across social channels and retail partner sites, coordinating timing with the brand’s launch calendar.
- Execute and monitor digital campaign launches (web, social, affiliation, email, display), including tracking and basic optimisations.
- Prepare monthly reports and presentations analysing sales, campaign performance, customer behaviour and site benchmarks (KPIs).
- Support CRM activities: build direct mailers, track campaign metrics, maintain reporting and assist Loyalty programme logistics (gifts, stock control).
- Conduct competitor website analysis and market benchmarks; manage ad‑hoc digital projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising or a related field (required); Master’s in Digital Marketing highly valued.
- Ability to provide a university internship agreement for a minimum 6‑month, full‑time placement.
- Fluent English (C1) required; French and other languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power Point); familiarity with Adobe Pack and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and organisational skills; proactive team player with an interest in luxury beauty and digital trends.

Beginner level; previous internships or professional experience in e‑retail or digital marketing are a plus but not mandatory. Candidate must be eligible for a university internship agreement for at least six months, full‑time.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commercial Management, Advertising or related field; Master’s in Digital Marketing is highly valued.
