Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Digital Learning Trainee in Dubai to support e-learning platform management and training coordination for the MEIA region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in uploading, organizing, and testing digital training materials (PDFs, visuals, videos) on the e-learning platform
- Help localize and format digital content through text proofreading, translation review, and simple visual editing
- Maintain user lists and access rights within the learning management system
- Track learner activity and download basic reports from the platform
- Flag technical issues to the support team or service provider
- Draft monthly learning communications and content plans including email banners, articles, and push notifications
- Prepare internal updates and communications for trainers and field teams
- Assist in organizing local training content shoots, seminars, and internal events
- Create vendors and process purchase orders (POs) in internal systems
- Follow up on training-related invoices and collaborate with finance teams
- Prepare quarterly product forms in collaboration with the regional team
- Maintain file organization and internal databases for training materials and vendor information
Qualifications
- Recently graduated or in final year of studies in Business, Marketing, Communication, Education, or related field
- Strong interest in digital tools, training operations, and the luxury or beauty industry
- Basic proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and design tools (Canva or equivalent)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability and willingness to learn

Beginner level; recent graduates or those with minimal professional experience in training or operations are encouraged to apply.
