Christian Dior Couture, Paris – 6-month internship as Digital Learning Coordinator supporting Dior Academy's training transformation and retail excellence strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the mobile learning platform, liaising with partner agencies and maintaining application back-office administration to ensure accurate KPI tracking
- Develop and coordinate digital content calendars with various Dior Academy departments, ensuring mobile-first design and innovative training content creation with external partners
- Monitor reporting tools, analyze training performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare periodic reporting newsletters for the international trainer community
- Support and engage the global community of trainers through coordinated initiatives and actionable support strategies
- Collaborate across multiple departments including Retail, Product Business Units, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, CRM, and Digital to develop comprehensive training solutions
Qualifications
- BAC +5 qualification or equivalent (business school or digital-focused higher education)
- Fluency in English (required)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Understanding of Microsoft Teams ecosystem
- Familiarity with luxury sector and retail excellence concepts
- Graphic design tool proficiency in Photoshop or Canva (preferred)

Beginner-level professional or recent graduate with foundational understanding of digital ecosystems and strong affinity for digital innovation in luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BAC +5) from a business school, digital academy, or equivalent higher education institution.
