The Digital Learning Assistant supports the Digital Learning Manager within Christian Dior Couture’s international Retail Training department, coordinating the mobile learning platform, learning data and KPIs, international trainer community and digital content creation. This full-time, six-month internship starts in January 2027 and is based in Paris, with a hybrid working arrangement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Digital Learning Manager in developing and coordinating Digital Learning and reviewing learning KPIs.
  • Monitor partner agencies to ensure the mobile learning application operates effectively.
  • Manage the application's back office and administration to provide accurate, detailed KPI tracking.
  • Coordinate the publication calendar with the different Dior Academy teams and areas.
  • Monitor the reporting tool and analyse training performance indicators; send a reporting newsletter to the Trainers Worldwide community.
  • Support and engage the international trainer community by implementing activities and initiatives.
  • Create innovative digital learning content and monitor its development with partner agencies.

Qualifications

  • Understand the digital ecosystem and apply a mobile-first approach to content production.
  • Have strong working knowledge of Excel analytics.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree plus five years of higher education (Bac +5), such as a business or digital school qualification.
  • Be proficient with standard office tools; Pack Office, Excel and PowerPoint are mandatory.
  • Understand the Teams environment.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop and Canva is an advantage.
  • Demonstrate creativity, curiosity and a proactive approach.
  • Have a strong interest in digital and knowledge of the luxury sector.
  • Demonstrate anticipation, organisation and rigour.
  • Be adaptable, responsive and dynamic, with strong interpersonal skills and a team spirit.
  • Have fluent English.
