- Coordinate and manage publication schedules with various departments within Dior Academy.
- Analyze training performance indicators and distribute a reporting newsletter to the global training community.
- Support and engage the international community of trainers through strategic actions.
- Create innovative digital training content and oversee development with partner agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Digital field (BAC +5 equivalent).
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the Teams ecosystem.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Photoshop and Canva is a plus.
