Role & Responsibilities
- Provide operational support to the Product Management team, including formalization and analysis of requirements
- Update user guides and documentation in accordance with application updates and new feature deployments
- Establish and maintain departmental activity calendars to provide clear visibility of activations, rollouts, and project milestones
- Draft, distribute, and monitor communications directed to retail boutiques, country operations, and regional teams regarding digital initiatives
- Extract key performance data and track application feature adoption in collaboration with cross-functional team members
