Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Digital Intern in London to support eRetail strategy, product launches, and brand compliance across UK online retailers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches across e-retailers to drive sales and elevate brand presence in collaboration with Marketing and Commercial teams
- Ensure retailer websites maintain current content, creative banners, assets, and copy in compliance with Dior brand guidelines
- Support e-retailer sampling, gift-with-purchase, and Dior art of gifting setup and execution while coordinating with internal teams on inventory and suppliers
- Monitor visibility on e-retailer platforms for both Dior and competitors, providing regular updates and identifying opportunities
- Conduct daily site audits to verify visibility alignment with eTrade plan and track product stock levels
- Prepare weekly competitive intelligence reports analysing market positioning and competitor activity
- Track weekly sales performance and maintain ownership of key sales reporting for the team
- Coordinate budget activities including purchase order processing, invoice management, budget tracking, and liaison with Finance and eRetail Managers
Qualifications
- Highly organized and analytical mindset with genuine affinity for luxury brands

Skills
Experience
Previous experience in e-retail or digital marketing is desirable, preferably within a luxury brand. Beginner-level professionals with relevant internship or academic project experience in digital commerce are encouraged to apply.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, Fashion Retail, or related field. Relevant coursework or certifications in digital marketing or eCommerce are advantageous.
