Christian Dior Couture internship in Paris: support digital innovation and data-driven projects for the Client Service Center. Master's level.
Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to digital innovation projects aimed at improving customer experience and CSC operational performance through data analysis and GenAI solutions
- Participate in the design and evolution of tools utilized by CSC teams across international locations
- Analyze operational performance and develop business indicators to drive strategic decision-making
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption phases of digital solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams spanning operations, IT, data science, e-commerce, and omnichannel functions
- Understand how data and digital tools inform real-time operational activity and business performance
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a business school, engineering school, or university
- Demonstrated strong interest in innovation, data analytics, and digital transformation
- Analytical, structured, and intellectually curious mindset
- Fluent English with ease in an international, multicultural environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Canva is advantageous
