Christian Dior Couture seeks a Digital Client Advisor (German/Dutch) in Courbevoie, France — multilingual role focused on clienteling and digital sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service via phone, email, chat and social media, resolving inquiries and complaints in line with Dior policies and brand standards.
- Proactively engage clients across channels to understand needs, anticipate preferences through clienteling techniques and convert interactions into repeat sales using digital selling methods.
- Coordinate closely with retail stores to align on product availability, promotions and client visits, ensuring a seamless online‑to‑in‑store customer journey.
- Monitor and update client records accurately in Dior CRM tools to retain customers and identify high‑potential prospects.
- Drive and exceed KPIs related to sales, clienteling and client experience; recommend innovative approaches to improve satisfaction and commercial performance.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant supervisors and collaborate cross‑functionally to achieve timely resolution.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary diploma (Bac+2) or equivalent.
- Minimum three years' professional experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hospitality or concierge roles; retail experience is advantageous.
- Fluent English required; proficiency at C2 level in an additional language — specifically German or Dutch is essential for this role; French, Italian or Spanish acceptable when combined with English for other vacancies.
- Strong commercial orientation with demonstrable sales negotiation skills and a client‑first mindset.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work a varied schedule.
