Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients through multiple channels to understand preferences and needs, leveraging strong sales and commercial acumen
- Utilize clienteling techniques to anticipate client requirements, deliver personalized product recommendations, and drive repeat sales through the digital selling process
- Maintain continuous communication with retail stores regarding product availability, promotions, and events; coordinate client visits to facilitate seamless omnichannel transitions
- Drive achievement and exceed planned KPIs including sales targets, clienteling metrics, and client experience indicators
- Deliver consistently professional, courteous, and empathetic client service aligned with Dior brand values and integrity in all interactions
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively via phone, email, chat, and social media; maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate supervisors while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve client concerns
- Develop and demonstrate in-depth product and service knowledge to provide accurate, helpful guidance
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for service improvement and contributing to client experience policy development
- Ensure customer information is maintained accurately within Dior systems to identify high-potential clients and enhance retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bac+2 or equivalent higher education qualification
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in luxury service environments (client service, boutiques, hospitality, or concierge)
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrated passion for luxury fashion and Christian Dior collections
- Strong sales negotiation and closing abilities
- Clear client-first mindset with pronounced commercial focus
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and varied schedules
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury client service, retail, boutique, hospitality, or concierge environments. Prior exposure to omnichannel retail operations and digital selling platforms is advantageous.
Education
Bac+2 or equivalent qualification from a recognized higher education institution.
