Role & Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with clients across various channels to understand preferences and needs, applying strong sales skills and commercial mindset
- Utilize clienteling techniques to anticipate requirements, provide tailored product recommendations, and drive repeat sales through digital selling ceremonies
- Maintain close communication with boutiques to coordinate client visits, facilitate seamless online-to-offline transitions, and ensure consistent product and promotion awareness
- Achieve and exceed planned KPIs including sales targets, clienteling metrics, and client experience benchmarks
- Deliver exceptional client service by incorporating core brand values and integrity throughout all interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and written correspondence
- Develop and maintain detailed client records, including interaction history, transaction details, and feedback, ensuring data accuracy within Dior systems
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and brand storytelling in all client communications
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for service improvement and policy enhancement
- Escalate complex client issues to appropriate supervisors while collaborating on effective resolutions
- Cultivate strong working relationships across the Dior network to support business development objectives
Qualifications
- Baccalaureate+2 minimum from accredited higher education
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hospitality, or concierge environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and Polish; French, Italian, or Dutch highly advantageous
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury brand values, heritage, and product collections
- Demonstrated ability to work varied schedules and adapt rapidly to operational changes
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury client service, boutique operations, hospitality, or concierge roles. Retail experience is advantageous.
Education
Baccalaureate+2 (Bac+2) minimum from an accredited institution of higher education.
