Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with clients through multiple channels to understand needs and preferences, utilizing strong sales skills and commercial acumen
- Apply clienteling techniques to anticipate client needs, deliver personalized product recommendations, and drive repeat sales through digital selling ceremonies
- Maintain close coordination with retail stores to facilitate seamless client transitions from online to offline experiences and organize store visits
- Achieve and exceed planned KPIs including sales targets, clienteling metrics, and client satisfaction scores
- Provide exceptional client support through phone, email, chat, and social media with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve client issues and concerns by responding promptly to inquiries and escalating complex matters to supervisors as needed
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to deliver accurate, compelling information aligned with Dior's brand narrative and values
- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying opportunities for service improvement and policy enhancement
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using Dior systems

Qualifications
- Bac+2 or equivalent higher education qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury client service, boutiques, hospitality, or concierge
- Fluent in English plus one additional language at C2 level (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Demonstrated passion for Christian Dior and its collections
- Strong sales negotiation and commercial mindset
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize competing demands, and adapt quickly to changes
- Proven client-first mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Experience
