Role & Responsibilities
- Define and safeguard Dior’s digital visual language across all online touchpoints, ensuring fidelity to the Maison’s artistic ambition.
- Lead creative supervision for Dior.com: homepages, landing pages, product storytelling and newsletters, balancing visual impact with usability and e‑commerce performance.
- Translate runway and campaign visions into optimised web and social experiences; oversee adaptation, format selection and sequencing of assets for feed, stories, reels and paid media.
- Establish best practices for asset usage, file formats, typography and design treatments for digital storytelling and cross‑channel coherence.
- Collaborate closely with image teams, content producers, UX, performance and CRM teams to align brand image, user experience and commercial objectives.
- Validate and refine creative proposals, providing constructive art direction and ensuring digital best practices and brand standards are met.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in art direction or visual leadership, with significant exposure to digital and social ecosystems — luxury fashion experience preferred.
- Professional background in graphic design, art direction or equivalent creative discipline.
- Proven track record directing creative outputs for e‑commerce platforms and social media at scale.
- Strategic understanding of performance metrics and user experience implications for creative decisions.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a strong command of typography and design treatments.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in French is a strong advantage.

Experience
At least 10 years of experience in art direction or creative leadership, with demonstrable responsibility for digital and social creative outputs; prior experience within luxury fashion or high‑end lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent professional experience.
