Christian Dior Couture seeks Digital & E-commerce Performance Manager for Europe. Lead omnichannel strategy and growth across 29 markets. Paris, hybrid.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead sales planning and monitoring of Europe e-commerce business performance and budgets in collaboration with central and regional Finance teams, incorporating strategic insights from regional and Head-Office stakeholders
- Spearhead comprehensive business performance reviews and analysis, communicating e-commerce sales and omnichannel results with clear, measurable recommendations to support zone business objectives
- Oversee design and deployment of performance management dashboards and local reporting tools, standardizing e-commerce KPIs and metrics across markets to ensure global alignment
- Plan and lead regular Business Reviews and contribute to strategic planning of e-business and omnichannel sales initiatives
- Lead and mentor the community of e-commerce managers across four regions to drive country-level business targets and overall performance improvements across the customer purchase funnel
- Direct cross-functional teams at Europe head office to develop and execute strategic initiatives driving incremental topline growth, profitability, and client satisfaction
- Analyze digital and omnichannel user behavior and performance to provide insights for website UI/UX localization and identification of new services to increase conversion and client experience
- Lead A/B testing, personalization strategies, and continuous optimization techniques to enhance e-commerce site performance
- Oversee consolidated P&L of e-commerce in partnership with regional Finance & Controlling teams, ensuring financial targets are met and resources allocated effectively
- Animate monthly P&L reviews and develop strategic action plans to optimize revenue and profitability
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience driving commercial performance, ideally within luxury or fashion sectors, with proven success in senior leadership roles
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and omnichannel business models with demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability across the full customer journey from acquisition to conversion
- Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrated passion for data-driven decision-making with ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Expertise in project management, change management, and process improvement with proven ability to drive complex initiatives to successful completion
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Proficiency in performance management and reporting tools with demonstrated expertise in developing sophisticated dashboards and reports
