Christian Dior Couture internship in Paris: Digital Analyst for Acquisition & Conversion. Support global e-commerce analytics and campaign optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Paid Search and Paid Social campaign matrices, coordinating with cross-functional Media & Content teams and managing product feeds across global regions (Americas, EMEA, Japan, APAC)
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all stages of the e-commerce purchase funnel, from traffic acquisition through conversion, identifying optimization opportunities
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and share key insights with digital and omnichannel teams at central and local levels, tracking implementation of proposed actions
- Leverage GA4 and Contentsquare dashboards to uncover user behavior friction points and develop data-driven recommendations for improving online purchase journeys
- Create and maintain performance reporting documentation, planning materials, and presentation decks
- Support cross-functional projects including optimization of marketing automation tools for personalized email campaigns
- Identify and conduct new analysis angles through regular competitive benchmarking, audits, and ad-hoc investigations across geographic zones
Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+4/5) from a university, business school, engineering school, or IEP program, ideally with specialization in Digital
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities with a demonstrated affinity for numerical data
- Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented approach to project management and analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an international, cross-cultural environment
- Proficiency in web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics 4 and Contentsquare
- Fluent English required

Beginner-level role; prior experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or web analytics is preferred but not required. Knowledge of the luxury industry, digital activities, and e-commerce operations is valued.
