Join Christian Dior Couture in Paris as a Deputy Store Operations Manager. Oversee store operations, enhance customer service, and lead a dynamic team in the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and organize the team for all incoming and outgoing physical and digital merchandise flows, including reception, order tracking, ticketing, transfers, and shipments.
- Ensure proper application of storage rules, stock procedures, and best practices to enhance loss prevention.
- Organize stock management, including weekly counts and annual inventory.
- Oversee all Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) related to store operations, including implementation and updates.
- Train staff on policies and processes.
- Supervise after-sales service requests, manage customer correspondence, and ensure follow-up on administrative tasks.
- Review after-sales reports and initiate action plans if necessary.
- Train staff on after-sales service guidelines.
- Supervise cash operations and control expenses.
- Act as the reference for all back-office tools, ensuring staff training and proper usage in the store.
- Support digital coordinator in deploying special retail projects as needed.
- Supervise supply needs, including uniforms and consumables, and oversee store maintenance.
