Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop sales through proactive client retention and development strategies targeting both local and international clientele
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences consistent with Dior's luxury excellence standards
  • Execute clienteling actions, public relations initiatives, and in-store events to strengthen brand engagement
  • Supervise window displays and visual merchandising to maintain impeccable standards
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs, sell-through rates, inventory metrics) to optimize sales and stock management
  • Lead, motivate, and inspire store teams around Dior's core values and business objectives
  • Support talent development through proximity management, coaching, regular feedback, and training
