Christian Dior Couture Geneva seeks Deputy Store Manager to lead boutique operations, sales strategy, and team development in luxury fashion retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Boutique Manager in achieving sales objectives and develop sales analyses to inform action plans shared with the team
  • Create and implement sales strategies to maximize boutique sales performance and build client loyalty
  • Lead and develop the boutique team collaboratively with the Boutique Manager
  • Assist the Boutique Manager with all boutique operational facets to optimize efficiency
  • Manage administrative tasks and monitor back-office activities
  • Provide regular business updates including sales trends, forecasts, and competitive intelligence
  • Maintain exceptional customer relations and ensure high-quality customer service while monitoring boutique performance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of retail experience in a luxury product setting
  • At least 1 year of management experience required
  • Proven ability to identify and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
  • Demonstrated commercial creativity and fashion sense with deep knowledge of the luxury industry
