Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and control boutique sales performance under the guidance of the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure the store presentation aligns with Dior's luxury standards and brand image.
- Participate in high-value sales and interactions with key VIP customers.
- Support the Boutique Manager in recruitment, retention, and development of the team.
- Ensure effective store management and alignment with brand operational standards.
- Organize and monitor the integration and training of new team members.
- Maintain and utilize the clienteling database to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support and organize client invitations to key events and trunk shows.
- Consolidate and analyze boutique reports, providing feedback to the Boutique Manager.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail as an Assistant Boutique Manager or equivalent.
- Proven ability to manage a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Experience
1-2 years in luxury retail experience as an Assistant Boutique Manager or equivalent within the LVMH group.
Education
Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or above.
