Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day management, training, coaching and motivation of the boutique team under the supervision of the Boutique Manager
- Design optimal boutique organization, recruit appropriate profiles, and develop a proactive talent pipeline
- Drive performance and compensation management, ensure people development, and reinforce team engagement
- Conduct and participate in regular store meetings addressing performance, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising
- Facilitate effective communication between management and sales associates
- Assist in diagnosing performance gaps and defining action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets
- Lead implementation and monitoring of performance action plans and sales goals for associates
- Participate in merchandising displays and presentations using approved concepts and guidelines
- Optimize boutique performance and profitability metrics in collaboration with the Boutique Manager
- Monitor boutique key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with targets
- Coordinate sales promotion activities including seasonal sales, trunk shows, and contests
- Implement and monitor CRM programs and client relationship actions
- Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and support VIP client relationship building
- Implement group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Manage boutique back office and administrative functions
- Oversee associate compliance with company policies and standards
- Secure the boutique and ensure adherence to all security procedures
- Monitor and control boutique expenses
- Gather merchandise for transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor
- Oversee and participate in departmental inventories and stock management
- Monitor pricing accuracy and minimize stock losses
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion retail
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercially driven, goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel
- Proven ability to prioritize, solve problems and perform under pressure
- Dynamic, flexible and collaborative approach
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan proficiency preferred
- Strong knowledge of fashion trends and genuine passion for Christian Dior and the luxury sector
