Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial performance and customer base development in alignment with Christian Dior's strategic objectives
- Oversee department performance metrics, analyze key indicators, and implement corrective action plans
- Co-lead daily team briefings and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets
- Ensure exceptional in-store presentation, visual merchandising standards, customer welcome protocols, and sales excellence
- Manage inventory organization, stock controls, and adherence to operational procedures
- Recruit, integrate, develop, and coach team members; create individual development plans and performance reviews
- Handle customer disputes in accordance with Maison policies and standards
- Foster customer loyalty initiatives and segment-specific engagement strategies
- Communicate team feedback to the Department Manager and proactively alert leadership to potential team dynamics or performance risks
