Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance and customer base development in alignment with Christian Dior's strategic objectives
  • Oversee department performance metrics, analyze key indicators, and implement corrective action plans
  • Co-lead daily team briefings and motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets
  • Ensure exceptional in-store presentation, visual merchandising standards, customer welcome protocols, and sales excellence
  • Manage inventory organization, stock controls, and adherence to operational procedures
