Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic management relay, supporting the Department Manager in overall departmental operations and performance delivery
  • Drive commercial growth and customer base development whilst tracking key performance indicators and implementing corrective action plans
  • Deploy the Maison's commercial strategy across the department, ensuring flawless operational excellence including client welcome, sales ceremony, visual merchandising, and floor management
  • Manage complex client situations with discernment and in accordance with Dior standards
  • Develop client loyalty programmes and enhance the quality of the customer portfolio
