Role & Responsibilities
- Act as strategic management relay, supporting the Department Manager in overall departmental operations and performance delivery
- Drive commercial growth and customer base development whilst tracking key performance indicators and implementing corrective action plans
- Deploy the Maison's commercial strategy across the department, ensuring flawless operational excellence including client welcome, sales ceremony, visual merchandising, and floor management
- Manage complex client situations with discernment and in accordance with Dior standards
- Develop client loyalty programmes and enhance the quality of the customer portfolio
- Co-pilot collective and individual departmental performance through daily briefings and team motivation around ambitious objectives
