Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team under the supervision of the Boutique Director
- Design boutique organizational structure, recruit talent, and develop succession planning to ensure continuity
- Conduct regular store meetings to discuss performance metrics, sales training, product knowledge, and merchandising strategies
- Facilitate communication between management and associates; support performance and compensation management initiatives
- Analyze boutique performance data and competency assessments to define actionable plans aligned with Maison and category sales targets
- Monitor implementation and effectiveness of performance action plans and track boutique KPIs
- Assist in setting, monitoring, and optimizing individual sales goals for Sales Associates
- Oversee merchandise display preparation and implementation, applying established merchandising guidelines and discretion
- Coordinate sales promotion activities, including seasonal campaigns, trunk shows, and in-store events
- Train sales team on CRM optimization, after-sales service, and personal customer relationship development
- Ensure Sales Associates apply D-signature service fundamentals and provide qualitative feedback to support performance
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP clientele; support the Boutique Director in direct client engagement
- Execute all company policies, procedures, and guidelines; maintain comprehensive back-office administration
- Ensure timely delivery of boutique reports and regulatory documentation (permits, mall passes, legal requests)
- Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation in compliance with company policies
- Monitor associate compliance with company policies regarding security, cash handling, merchandise procedures, and record-keeping
- Oversee all security protocols and compliance measures within the boutique
- Manage boutique expenses and cost controls to maximize profitability
- Oversee department inventories, monitor pricing accuracy, and minimize stock losses
- Process merchandise transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management or boutique operations
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, performance management, and talent development
