Christian Dior Couture seeks a Department Manager for Women's RTW and Shoes at the Milan Montenapoleone flagship. Lead team, drive sales, and embody brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage department team in partnership with the Store Manager, overseeing daily coaching, talent development, and performance evaluation of sales associates
- Lead department briefings, establish sales targets, deliver product training, and provide constructive performance feedback
- Cultivate team cohesion and motivation whilst driving sales growth and operational efficiency
- Model exemplary professional conduct and brand ambassadorship
- Maximize sales results and KPIs across assigned product categories through strategic oversight
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele, embodying deep knowledge of luxury and fashion markets
- Coordinate category performance analysis with the Retail Merchandiser to develop action plans that advance business growth
- Train team members on product knowledge, market trends, and business objectives
- Supervise stock management, inventory organization, and inventory maximization for assigned categories
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on purchasing, restocking, and inventory planning
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and brand codes throughout the department
- Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant retail or luxury fashion experience
- Demonstrated expertise in team management and staff development
- Proven track record of driving sales performance and meeting KPIs
- Deep understanding of luxury brand positioning and customer relationship management
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Fluent in English

Experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in retail operations, department management, or luxury fashion retail environments, with demonstrated success in team leadership, sales growth, and category management.
