Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the department team to achieve exceptional sales results and operational targets
- Develop staff capabilities through ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Manage day-to-day department operations including scheduling, inventory oversight, and compliance with quality standards
- Ensure team members maintain impeccable presentation standards including uniforms, grooming, and service excellence
- Support recruitment and integration processes for new team members
- Conduct product and sales training; optimize mystery shopping performance and share insights with boutique management
- Establish and monitor sales objectives with team members through regular monthly evaluations
- Drive sales performance against KPI targets through daily communication, morning briefings, and spot coaching
- Set category-specific sales targets and implement corrective measures as needed
- Enhance cross-departmental synergies and communication to improve overall boutique performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and upkeep of selling spaces to preserve brand image
- Cultivate a strong customer database and develop high-potential client relationships
- Ensure seamless customer service delivery including after-sales support and complaint resolution
- Actively participate in boutique events and lead immersive, multisensory brand experiences
- Spend significant time on the sales floor delivering personalized service and personal sales contribution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail
- Demonstrated leadership and team development capabilities
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
