Christian Dior Couture — Singapore seeks a Department Manager to lead boutique sales, clienteling and daily operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop the department team to achieve and exceed sales targets through regular coaching, performance reviews and talent development.
- Manage daily departmental operations, ensuring excellence in grooming, service standards, visual presentation and inventory upkeep.
- Set and cascade individual and category sales objectives; monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimise sell-through and cross-selling.
- Deliver on-floor leadership: spend significant time on the sales floor, conduct spot coaching, host morning briefings and drive personal sales.
- Ensure rigorous client data capture and maintenance, leverage the customer database for effective clienteling and participate in boutique events to deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser on assortment, merchandising execution and promotional activities to maximise department performance.
- Own customer service within the department including after-sales service, complaints resolution and luxury packaging standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or above.
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills with experience developing sales talent.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and numerically literate.
- Calm under pressure with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Excel.

Minimum five years of relevant supervisory experience within luxury retail, with a proven track record in driving boutique sales and developing front-line teams.
Education
Diploma or above.
