Christian Dior Couture Department Manager role in Pyrgos, Cyprus—lead boutique operations and drive luxury retail sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up with Boutique Manager to optimize stock level usage and inventory management
- Ensure all team members adhere to established ordering and transfer procedures
- Assist Boutique Manager in defining yearly strategic plans and preparing departmental budgets
- Monitor daily sales performance against monthly and yearly targets, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to enable successful partnerships
- Attend managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide regular feedback to Boutique Manager
- Manage, engage, and guide direct reports to foster a high-performing team environment
- Establish objectives and budgets for team members and ensure their accomplishment
- Coach and train team members to develop their skills and advance their careers
- Identify and satisfy customer needs to consistently meet and exceed service expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years of management experience in luxury product settings
- Proven ability to identify and meet customer needs while exceeding expectations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organizational and management excellence
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity with genuine fashion industry knowledge
- Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages preferred
