Christian Dior Couture seeks a Department Manager in Manila to lead sales, client development and boutique operations for Fashion & Leather Goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the department to achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to optimise business performance.
- Provide visible sales leadership and full floor support, coaching the team on selling techniques, cross‑selling and product knowledge.
- Drive client development: maximise recruitment opportunities, nurture high‑value relationships and promote loyalty through the Be Dior programme.
- Manage people: set individual and departmental objectives, deliver qualitative feedback, conduct performance reviews and develop career plans for staff and supervisors.
- Oversee daily department operations including cashiering support, inventory coordination with BOH and merchandising, and ensure compliance with Dior procedures and standards.
- Maintain the selling environment and visual merchandising to the maison’s highest standards and act as Boutique‑in‑charge in the Manager’s absence.
- Plan and support Boutique events and private appointments to enhance client experience and contribute to boutique performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in luxury retail with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving client development in a premium boutique environment.
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and developing front‑of‑house teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; able to manage priorities under pressure.
- Client‑centric mindset with strategic thinking and commercial acumen; meticulous attention to detail.

Experience
Minimum seven years of relevant luxury retail experience, including at least four years in a managerial capacity responsible for sales leadership, team development and boutique operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred (business, retail management, fashion or related discipline).
