Christian Dior Couture seeks Department Manager for Heathrow Airport boutique in London, UK. Lead team, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example and mentor the team to develop their sales and service techniques
- Support the Area Manager with the development and implementation of a local client development strategy
- Build internal relationships to facilitate cross-selling across product universes
- Develop client loyalty through strategic relationship-building with VVIC and Elite clients
- Monitor and improve sales performance within the department
- Address customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Support the Area Manager in delivering commercial goals while maintaining Company policy compliance
- Develop relationships with Head Office colleagues to provide feedback on clientele and product performance
- Support stock ordering and management as required
- Lead the store team by organising and delegating daily tasks
- Recruit, evaluate, motivate, and develop team members
- Minimise stock losses and operating expenses
- Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and retail display
- Ensure proficiency with selling systems, cash, credit, and exchange procedures
- Implement security measures and prevent product theft
- Ensure terminal operations comply with Company administration systems and procedures
- Represent Christian Dior as an ambassador at events as necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience at Department Manager level within luxury fashion
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead an experienced and capable team
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- An existing client book (preferred)
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
