Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop sales team members daily, evaluating performance and fostering team spirit to drive sales growth and operational efficiency
  • Lead department briefings, establish goals, deliver product training, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure team excellence
  • Demonstrate role-model behavior and lead by example in embodying Dior's brand values and service excellence
  • Maximize sales results and monitor key performance indicators across assigned product categories
  • Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of local and international clientele through exceptional interpersonal skills and trust-based communication
  • Act as a Dior Ambassador for customers and the store team, demonstrating deep understanding of brand DNA
  • Track, monitor, and communicate sales targets and KPIs to leadership
  • Coordinate and monitor product category performance through analysis and reporting in partnership with the Retail Merchandiser
  • Ensure the team remains current with market trends, business objectives, and product knowledge development
  • Participate in purchasing and restocking decisions in collaboration with Store Director and Assistant Store Manager
  • Supervise stock management, organization, inventory processes, and category-level optimization
  • Ensure strict compliance with company charter, codes, procedures, and policies
  • Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all operating procedures within the boutique
