Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and operations for the Leather Goods category in the store to achieve and exceed sales budgets and targets.
  • Develop and execute category-specific action plans and client development strategies to grow top-client business and recurring revenue.
  • Support and align the department with key business initiatives and new product launches, ensuring flawless in-store execution.
  • Monitor KPIs, diagnose shortfalls, and implement corrective strategies to restore performance to target levels.
  • Ensure adherence to Christian Dior Visual Standards and brand merchandising directives, maintaining a premium client experience.
  • Control workflow through effective planning, delegation and inventory accuracy targets to minimise shrinkage and operational loss.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures across operations, HR and security, including loss prevention measures.
  • Coach, counsel and develop team members through regular performance reviews, monthly coaching sessions and the annual appraisal process.
  • Attract, recruit and retain high-performing talent; build a local talent pipeline through networking and competitive benchmarking.
  • Drive engagement with loyalty and recognition initiatives including Be Dior and Dior Stars to deepen client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably with at least two years in a management role within a luxury product environment.
  • Proven commercial acumen and initiative with demonstrated ability to create and implement sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury industry, categories and client expectations, with fashion sensitivity for leather goods.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and people‑management skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
