Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up with the Boutique Manager to ensure optimization of stock level usage and inventory efficiency
- Ensure all team members adhere to established procedures for ordering, transfers, and operational protocols
- Assist the Boutique Manager in defining the yearly strategic plan and preparing annual budgets for the network
- Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective action when necessary
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners to drive strategic partnerships and secure favorable terms
- Attend regular Managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide consistent feedback to the Boutique Manager
- Manage, engage, and guide the team reporting directly to the Department Manager
- Set clear objectives and budgets for team members and ensure their accomplishment through accountability
- Coach and train team members to develop skills and drive individual performance
- Identify and satisfy customer needs to meet and exceed expectations, fostering loyalty and repeat business
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years of management in a luxury goods setting
- Proven ability to identify and exceed customer expectations through consultative selling
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong management capability with demonstrated team leadership experience
- Commercial acumen combined with fashion sense and deep knowledge of the luxury industry
- Fluency in Turkish and English; additional languages are advantageous

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably including at least 2 years in a management capacity within a luxury goods environment. Prior boutique or flagship store experience is beneficial.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent) required; tertiary education in business management, retail, or a related field is advantageous.
