Role & Responsibilities
- Follow up with the Boutique Manager to ensure optimization of stock level usage
- Ensure all team members follow established procedures for ordering and transfers
- Assist the Boutique Manager in defining yearly strategic plans and preparing budgets
- Monitor daily sales performance against monthly and yearly targets, taking corrective action as needed
- Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and business partners to implement partnerships
- Attend Managers' meetings to review shop performance and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager
- Manage, engage, and guide the reporting team
- Set objectives and budgets for team members and ensure their accomplishment
- Provide coaching and training to team members
- Identify and satisfy customer needs to meet and exceed expectations
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a luxury product setting
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Strong ability to identify and meet customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven organizational and management capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Sense of initiative and commercial creativity
- Fashion sense and demonstrated knowledge of the luxury industry
