Christian Dior Couture is hiring a Department Manager for its İstinyepark boutique in Istanbul — lead department sales, stock optimisation and team coaching.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Boutique Manager to optimise departmental stock usage and merchandising allocation.
- Ensure team compliance with established ordering, transfers and inventory procedures.
- Contribute to the definition of the annual commercial strategy for the network and assist in preparing yearly budgets.
- Monitor daily sales against monthly and yearly targets and implement corrective actions as required.
- Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and business partners to execute collaborations and partnerships.
- Represent the department at managers’ meetings, review shop performance and provide regular feedback to the Boutique Manager.
- Lead, engage and develop direct reports through coaching, training and performance management.
- Set objectives and budgets for team members and ensure targets are achieved.
- Identify and anticipate client needs to deliver service that consistently meets or exceeds luxury expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product environment.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing sales KPIs and departmental budgets.
- Proven leadership capability in coaching, training and performance management of boutique teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; capacity to perform in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
- Fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage.
- Strong initiative, creative commercial sense and solid knowledge of luxury fashion trends.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Secondary education required; a bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related discipline is preferred.
