Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager on annual strategic planning, budget preparation, and manager meetings to review store performance and provide regular feedback
- Track daily sales performance against monthly and annual targets, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and oversee the implementation of annual marketing calendars in conjunction with the Marketing Manager
- Manage, engage, and direct the department team, establishing objectives and budgets while ensuring their achievement
- Coach, train, and mentor team members to facilitate their professional development and goal attainment
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years in a management role within a luxury product setting
- Strong ability to identify and meet customer needs whilst exceeding their expectations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and management capabilities in a dynamic environment
- Commercial acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, fashion sensibility, and comprehensive knowledge of the luxury sector
- Fluent in German and English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous
