Christian Dior Department Manager role in Dubai. Lead luxury retail operations and manage Men product categories in a permanent, full-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and direct sales and operations functions for Men product categories to consistently achieve sales budget objectives
- Develop and implement action plans to drive sales for designated product categories and client segments
- Implement and develop key business initiatives including Be Dior and Dior Stars programmes
- Monitor individual team productivity, cross-selling performance, and client development activities
- Develop top client strategies for the department to ensure achievement of business objectives
- Control workflow through successful planning and delegation
- Maintain thorough understanding and enforce all company operating, HR, and security procedures
- Ensure inventory accuracy and establish quantitative targets related to inventory control
- Conduct monthly coaching and counselling sessions with employees to review performance and provide feedback
- Oversee annual performance appraisal process for all store employees
- Monitor and follow up on departmental productivity goals
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members through networking and competitive shopping analysis
- Maintain Christian Dior Visual Standards and promote brand philosophy and values
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience in a luxury product setting
- At least 2 years of management experience in luxury retail
- Strong knowledge of the luxury industry
- Fashion sensitivity and commercial creativity
- Sense of initiative and demonstration of own initiative
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and management skills
